Santini sculpture from Italy

Amiloare Santini created these original art deco ladies with Russian wolfhounds, and dancing couples in the early 1930's. Highest quality Italian craftsmanship has rendered each of these most beautiful figurines. These wonderful replicas average about 18" tall. A certificate of authenticity accompanies your figurine.

Amiloare Santini, was born in Italy, 1910, near the city of Florence in Tuscany. He became an apprentice to the sculptor Colombini at the age of twelve. He then traveled to Florence and attended the university there for four years. He was implemental of the process in combining marble, alabaster and resin. He passed away in 1975. Amiloare Santini was one of the finest sculptors of the period.
